OTC Summer Scheme:

Starting 28th July 2008

For the second Year running, supported by Fair Share we are running our summer scheme which was hugely successful last year withover 300 people attending more than 18 two hour sessions of self-defence, boxercise and circuit-training.

This year we are doing a similar summer scheme starting on Monday the 28th July 2008 at 7pm at the Unity Centre 103 Church Road, Harlesden, NW10. Each week we will run three fun packed martial arts sessions:

Mondays: 7-9pm Self-Defence

Tuesdays: 7-9pm Boxercise

Saturdays: 7-9pm Circuit Training

(Some sessions may run at alternative times due to availability of venue - Check the OTC Calendar for full planned itinerary)
