Hii
Today we woke up at around 5 o’clock to prepare for the morning training. Master Usman told us when you get back from the festival it is going to be much harder. We have noticed that today. We had to do alot of jogging, then when we finished the that part we had to clib the stairs in a lot of difficult ways.
The jogging was much harder this time because we had to do some speed rounds that means that we had to run at a much faster tempo. Most of the guys were catching up with the korean students rebecca had some diffculty catching up with the team, she cryed a bit because she didnt feel well, azamat tryed to make her feel good again. everything went ok later on.
We were so tired that we went to sleep again
see you

Hey people whats up???
THe festival was veryhelpful to gain more experience. There we are in a stadium just made for taekwondo with three big rings. The first three days we all didnt have to fight but just to experience the fighting from the seats. There were alot of countries competing. Also there was a England team competing its good that we didn have to fight them because we felt that they are our team aswell.
On the thursday 4 july my fight , azamat rushid rebecca and montasar had to fight. The fighting when good, but we all think that there was some messing around with the pointing system. Any way we have recoreded any single fight and we will upload it soon hopely or bring it with us by the end of this week.
Now that we are back at the High school, the internet is not that easy to reach. It took us about 15-20 min to get there by car but obviously we will try our best. Sorry if we cant reply you
Anyway we are enjoying it here.

Dear All,
I spoke to Mo, Rabekah and Rushid today at 3pm which is 11pm their time. They said that they are all fine but tired. They are relaxing after a hard days training.
They have not left any postings yet as they are not near to computers but are hoping to give you all an update on everything in the next couple of days when they travel to take part in the 10th World Taekwondo Festival. They believe that they will be fighting on Wednesday or Thursday.
Mo said that that the best thing about Korea is the 5am run around the shool which is 7 miles each morning. He said that the hardest time is keeping up with the different styles as they are so intesive with little time take any breaks.
Rabekah said that the best thing was the intesity of the training and although it was very hard it was worth it. She said that she was very sore and found the hardest thing was the running.
Rushid said that the best thing was fighting with the Korean students and the hardest thing was keeping up with the target training.
They were all in high spirits but sounded tired. They said that they will try and get onto a computer in the next day or so as there should be facilities near to where they are going in the festival.
Keep coming back to see if there are any new postings.
Regards
